The motor is so quiet that I often hear birds and traffic better than on other scooters. It's a pleasure to ride in nature. The range is excellent – I did a 35km loop along a river path. The tires are grippy on gravel and grass. The folding is easy for storage. The only minor complaint is that the kickstand is a bit short, so the scooter leans more than I'd like. I added a small rubber block. Otherwise, it's perfect. A great scooter for peaceful rides.
I’ve been using this scooter for regular trips and it has been easy to enjoy from the start. The ride feels comfortable and the controls are straightforward.

I was a bit sceptical about solid tyres at first, but the S9 Max's honeycomb tyres are genuinely comfortable. Combined with the front and rear suspension, it's the smoothest ride I've had on a scooter. The 10-inch tyres roll over bumps effortlessly and the motor gives you plenty of power. The range is about 35-40km which covers my weekly commute easily. The folding is quick and it's stable at speed. If you want a comfortable, low-maintenance scooter, this is it.
The 10-inch tyres and dual suspension make this scooter so stable and comfortable. I feel confident riding it even on uneven surfaces. The motor is smooth and the 25km/h speed is plenty for city riding. The battery range is impressive — I get about 38km on a charge. The folding mechanism is solid and the app is a nice bonus. It's a bit heavier than the S9 Pro but the comfort and stability are worth it. Very happy with it.
I upgraded from the S9 Pro to the S9 Max and the difference is noticeable. The 10-inch tyres and dual suspension make the ride so much smoother, and the motor is more responsive. The range is better too — I get about 38km on a charge. The honeycomb tyres are a bonus — no more worrying about punctures. The app is useful for customising settings. It's a solid upgrade if you want more comfort and range.

My commute is about 15km each way and the S9 Max handles it with ease. The motor is responsive and the 32km/h speed gets me there quickly. The 10-inch honeycomb tyres and dual suspension make the ride so comfortable on the rough roads. The battery lasts me about 2-3 days of commuting which is plenty. The app is useful for checking battery status. It's a well-built, reliable scooter. Highly recommend for anyone with a longer commute.

The 500W motor is noticeably stronger than the 350W on the standard model – I can get up to speed much quicker and hills are no problem. The range is about 35-38km in real-world use which is plenty. The 8.5-inch tyres with the dual suspension make for a very comfortable ride. I'd definitely recommend this over the base model if you can stretch to it.
My commute is about 15km each way and this scooter handles it effortlessly. The battery lasts me the full round trip with plenty to spare, the suspension makes the ride comfortable, and it's easy to fold and carry onto the train. Couldn't ask for more from a commuter scooter.
I upgraded from the S9 Pro to the Max and the difference is noticeable. The extra range is great for longer trips and the motor feels more responsive. The tyres handle the roads better too. It's a bit heavier but worth it for the performance. Happy with my purchase.
The dual suspension on this thing is a game-changer. I ride over cobblestones and rough pavements every day and it absorbs the bumps so well. The battery lasts me about 3 days of commuting and the speed is plenty for city riding. The folding is easy and it's still light enough to carry. Great scooter.
I've had this for a couple of months now and it's been completely reliable. The battery still holds a great charge, the folding mechanism is as tight as day one, and the ride is still smooth. The 500W motor gives you that extra confidence on hills. A really solid all-rounder.
The S9 Max has been a solid upgrade from my old scooter. The 40km range is genuine – I've tested it multiple times and it consistently gets me where I need to go without range anxiety. The 500W motor gives it a bit more punch than the standard S9 and the dual suspension makes a noticeable difference on bumpy roads. Definitely worth the extra cost.
At 196cm, I struggle to find scooters with enough handlebar height. This one is just right. The deck is long enough that I can place my feet comfortably. The ride is stable even at my height and weight (105kg). The range is about 28km for me. The motor doesn't struggle. The tires are big enough that I don't feel every bump. The only thing I'd change is adding a higher handlebar option, but stock is fine. Highly recommend for tall riders.
I'm 67 years old and wanted a scooter for short trips to the store. This one is very stable and easy to control. The acceleration is smooth, not jerky. The 35km/h is a bit fast for me, so I use eco mode which limits speed. The brakes are strong but not grabby. The 10-inch tires make the ride comfortable on my joints. The battery lasts me two weeks of short trips. The only issue is the weight – I can't lift it into my car, but I don't need to. I ride it from home. Very happy.
I do food delivery on this scooter. I ride about 30km per shift. The battery lasts my entire shift with 15% left. The tires handle curbs and bumps well. The deck is large enough for my delivery bag between my feet. The folding is quick for when I need to go into a building. The scooter has held up to 8 hours of daily use for two months. The only thing I've had to do is adjust the brakes and pump tires. Very durable. Highly recommend for gig workers.
I've ridden this in moderate rain several times. No electrical issues. The tires have good grip on wet pavement. The brakes work fine when wet (just a bit more lever force needed). The fenders do a decent job of blocking spray, though not perfect. The display is waterproof enough. I would still avoid heavy downpours, but for light rain, it's fine. The range drops about 10-15% in the cold and wet, but that's expected. Overall, a reliable all-weather commuter.
My partner and I share this scooter. We're different weights (55kg and 95kg) and it handles both easily. The adjustable speed modes are useful – eco for her, sport for me. The battery lasts about 38km on eco and 30km on sport. The ride is comfortable for both of us. The folding is easy enough that we store it in our small apartment. The only thing we wish for is a second key or NFC sharing. Otherwise, it's been great. Highly recommend for shared use.
